Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email hello@chokchok.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge — just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
